We ship through Canada Post 1-3 days after receiving full payment from the buyer (unless otherwise stated)
• Service: You have the option of: Canada Post Expedited or Xpresspost
• Tracking: Yes, there is tracking for each option
• Estimate Arrival: Within a week to a week and a half (if going across the country) of the shipping date for Canada Post Expedited. Xpresspost is 2-3 business days.

The time-frame listed at checkout are estimates and it sometimes arrives sooner or takes longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country.

Rylee and Ink reserves the right to evaluate all refund/exchange requests on a case by case basis. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, refunds/exchanges are not offered for those products unless an error was made by Rylee and Ink in production. We work hard to ensure our product photographs provide a true representation of each item, and provide accurate measurements of items where necessary. If you are unsure of an item, please contact us prior to purchase and we will happily answer any questions you may have.
Examples of circumstances that do not qualify for refunds/exchanges include (but are not limited to):
Incorrect spelling within an order (made by the customer at time of order)
Incorrect shipping address (placed by the customer)
Wrong product ordered by customer
Requests made after two (2) days of product being received
Should you wish to request a refund or exchange you must submit this request within writing by email (email@example.com) within two (2) days of receiving your item. If a refund or exchange is granted by Rylee and Ink it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product (at their expense) to Rylee and Ink at which time a refund will be processed minus shipping costs as those are nonrefundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their order is correct at the time of placement, and by purchasing a product from Rylee and Ink the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth within these policies. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases so if you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please send a message our way and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
In the case of an item arriving damaged. please contact me within 2 days of the date of delivery with an attached photo to discuss an exchange or replacement.
